Finding competitions for2024/2025 in CT

My name is Adriana Andrade, and I am a science teacher at Easton Country Day School, where I am starting a pilot Science Research program for Middle School students.

I am looking for competitions in Connecticut that would be suitable for beginner science research students, particularly in the area of food chemistry. Any guidance or recommendations for appropriate competitions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt response. The food chemistry experiment led by the master's student is approaching its conclusion. Could you recommend any further specific topics in this field?
