I would like to use this test

to identify glucose creation for different foods. Can this test be done to test rice and dahl?

Hello,

Rice and dahl should work for this test however, they are not ideal because they contain complex carbohydrates. Since the test requires the test foods to be in liquid/mushy form, they need to be cooked. There may also be additional preparation to break them down further before the test.
