electrical
ummm, I am doing my science fair project on generating electricity. I need to get some information from electrical engineers. Ialso need to know how to make a generator or where to get one. I also need to compare two different things in my project and Ihave to test things. If anyone is willing to help me it'd be much appreciated. All ideas are accepted

Re: electrical
Maya,
there's lots of stuff around for this one-
check out this java applet that simulates a DC or AC generator:
http://www.wvic.com/how-gen-works.htm
for more detailed reading and historical perspective, check out:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_generator
and there's even different sets of instructions for building simple, cheap generators- if you follow one of these, you could build several with different components to test the effect (e.g. different bulb wattage, different lengths of coil, etc)
