Question:
For the invertase can it be used after opened and diluted after a week? (It was put refrigerator but forgot to put for 1 day)

Enzymes can be denatured from temperature, so this question depends on how long and what the temperature of the room you left it out in was. Enzymes are stable in the fridge, so I would say yes but be cautious. Test your enzyme before using it in the experiment but if your room environment was stable, it should be safe. Importantly, proceed with caution.
