You've asked this question in relation to the Elephant Toothpaste STEM activity (which is not a full science project). Is this what you were planning to do for your assignment? If it was already approved by your teacher, the good news is that it uses only a few materials, many of which you might have on hand or can buy at a grocery store to do the experiment: Empty plastic bottle, Dry yeast, Warm water, Liquid dish soap, Liquid food coloring, 3% hydrogen peroxide

If you are unable to complete your experiment, you will want to talk with your teacher to see what options, if any, are available for turning it in late.
