Would it be possible to substitute the glass jar for a clean plastic one in the "Which Orange Juice Has the Most Vitamin C?" experiment? If so, does it have to be made of a specific kind of plastic?

Re: Vitamin C glass vs plastic jar
Hi there,
The clean, glass jar isn't necessary for this project, but be careful as to which jar you choose to use. For the most part, as long as the jar is airtight sealable(not just a screw-on lid) and can clean easily(you also can dispose of it after the project), then it should work. I would recommend using HDPE plastic jars, as they are what is typically used for non-glass airtight sealable jars. Hope this helps.
