Hi there,

If you were to add more yeast than water, the reaction would likely catalyze much faster than what is designed in the experiment. This is because yeast serves as the catalyst in this chemical reaction. You can experiment with the amount of yeast and the reaction time to see if there is some correlation too. Hope this helps.
