Code for the arduino haptic glove

Post by Shadow00 »

I am a student trying to build the haptic glove and out of everyone in my family I am the most knowledgeable when it comes to code however i am not very good at it so i am wondering if you could walk me through how to make the code work with only one motor

Hi - we strongly recommend going through the early tutorials in our Arduino series before you start a more advanced project: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlBV ... 3_CXSHk9-s

We can't write the code for you, however, in this case using one motor would be pretty simple. You can use the exact same code but only plug one motor in to the Arduino. The Arduino will still turn the other pins on and off, but they will not do anything since they are not connected to motors.

Hope that helps.

To add to what Ben said... Make sure you saw that there is starter code linked in Step 7. Mentioning it just in case that link was not available when you last looked at the project directions. The starter code should help you get started, and then Ben's given you guidance of what you may need to modify. If you have specific questions after that, reply here.
