Hello, I am investigating how varying the wing shape affects lift and drag. Could you recommend the best testing bleep for a high school physics project?

Re: Question about the effect of different wing design on the aerodynamics of a plane
Hi!
Just to clarify (since I think your response got a bit cut off) -- are you asking about the best testing setup for the project?
One of the ways of testing lift and drag would involve testing different airplane models (with the different wing designs) in a wind tunnel. Once you make the wind tunnel, the two main sensors would be the drag and lift sensor, while a fan would provide thrust. Then you would need to use a computer with a particular software to analyze the sensor readings/make conclusions about the data.
Do you have access to the Science Buddies tutorial for making a wind tunnel?
