When you are asking general questions, it is best to Google it first. I typed in science fairs - temperature affects enzymes, and received many hits. That way you can find your information faster and easier. When you have specific questions, post them on this forum, and experts will definitely help you.

Part of doing a science fair is being able to do things by yourself. Mentors and advisors are there to guide you. I made a mistake of being too dependent on my mentor on an earlier project.
