i am studying for a quiz an dwasnt sure on these........

the Andromeda Galaxy is 2million light years away,does that mean we are seeing it from 2million years ago right? or is it 2million light years ago?

also

the Earth is located about 8.3 light minutes from the sun which means that the light from the sun__________________.

The planet Neptune is located 4 light hours from the Sun meaning_______________.

^would this be it takes light 4 light hours to hit get to neptune
help me out....

does that mean it takes light from the sun 8.3 light minutes to get to us????
