I would like to make an digital instrument to analyse cow/buffellow milk contents like fat, solids not fat, water content and protiens. Can I use Ultrasonic Principle to measure the above said contents. Please help me.

What exactly is your science fair project and the question? Have you done research to see how milk content is currently measured?
Dear sir
At present to test Fat contents in milk
1)Gerber method is being used
( in a beutrometer Hcl acid + Alcohol +10 ml milk mixed and kept in
centrifugal machine or , by centrifugal action fat is seperated and %
of fat can be read by divisions mede on beutrometer)
2) Milk tester
It is based on the photometric measurement of light scattered by the
milk sample Not only fat globules contribute to the light scattering but
also protiens may effect the measurement to eliminate their influence
Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic acid solution will be mixed in sample
(3 ml) milk, it wil be passed through Cuvette ( made of two hardened
glass discs )
so the construction is at one end lamp and at an other end silicon
detector photocell in betwen cuvette are placed
when light passes thorugh cuvette hits the photocell producing a
current propotional to the light intensity The current is fed to the digital
read out and % of fat can be measured
II] SNF ( Solid not fat ) measurement
first specific gravity of sample milk will be measured by
hydrometer/Lactometer and % of Fat will be measured by one of
above said method
so SNF of milk sample having TCLR =29 and %of fat= 4.0 is 8.45
Our intention is to make such an instrument which shows Fat and snf of a provided milk sample.
I hope the information which is described will be sufficient
I am waiting for your reply
Thanking You!

The point of this board isn't to help you invent an instrument, it is to help people with their school science fair projects. You have not provided any information about how this relates to a school project.
There are also many references on the web of using the ultrasonic principle to measure the components of milk. I even found several companies that sell such devices. See for example: http://www.bulteh.com/ultrapro.html
