Interesting question... I could simply answer it, but we need to help you figure it out.

What do you think will happen? Have you tried it? How long do you think either will take? What about in the freezer (that is, what is the temperature that makes a difference)?

Try searching for "bananas browning" in google or dogpile.

Or develop a quick experiment over several days to find out.
