Factors that leads to Alzheimer
Is food, or the environment at all a factor that can lead to alzheimers or is it purely genetic?

Re: Factors that leads to Alzheimer
Thank you for your question!
In our modern world of medicine, the definite cause for Alzheimer's is still unclear. The only aspect that is known for certain is that Alzheimer's disease involves progressive brain cell failure. You can read more about Alzheimer's at the Alzheimer's Association page: http://www.alz.org/research/science/alz ... causes.asp.
Additionally, the wiki page has a lot of background information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alzheimer's_disease.
Let me know if this helps!

Jason C

Re: Factors that leads to Alzheimer
Thank you so much for replying! I apologize for getting back to you late. I appreciate the response and it is in fact helpful. Unfortunately, there are already other people in my class who is doing their project on Alzheimer so my partner and I have decided to do ours on cancer cells instead.
Thank you so much for your time!
