Penicillin killing Bacteria

Post by deleted-112370 »

I am very interested in how penicillin actually kills bactertia. I want my experiment on this to be unique and different but I do not know what I should do. Should I let bacteria grow in a plate and then try to kill it with penicillin gas or liquid? I dont know Please help.

Hi,

I suggest you start by researching your topic. Most science fair ideas come from background research. Try typing phrases like, 'how does penicillin kill bacteria?' into a search engine such as Google. Once you have some more information, look through Science Buddies' project guide, here: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ndex.shtml for help developing your questions, hypotheses, etc.
