Hi! My partner and I appear to be getting closer to having a specific idea to research and experiment: Do electrolytes effect the heartrate of daphnia? While we don't have the specifics yet, we know that we'll be using a stereo microscope to observe the daphnia's reaction to the electrolytes. We wanted to know if anyone had any information that may help us generate a hypothesis. Any help with this or any other suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Alex

Think about why you picked this project... why "electrolytes"?
Do you think that daphnia will parallel what may occur in humans?
