Are curds good for humans? Or is it bad?

when you mix one cup of vinegar with one cup of milk, does it separate into tiny curds that go through a straining process, rather than just make one big curd?

Hi Devon,

Welcome to Science Buddies!

Are you doing this project?

or this one?

When you add vinegar to milk, you usually get lots of small curds, which can be trapped in a strainer, so you can either measure the volume and process into plastic.

You have posted in someone else's topic, so I will ask the moderator to move your inquiry to a new topic; Please post in the new topic if you have any other questions.
