My due date is Jan 16. I am trying to damage 3 leave clover seedlings in order to turn them in to 4 leaves. I have seen the other topics about clovers in the forums. They have helped a great deal. However, i need a title, hypothesis and purpose. I ahve been at it for a while and still cant figure out. Also, I need a cheap and safe place on ine to buy the seeds.
Your title, purpose, and hypothesis will essentially all deal with the same thing. So in reality you only need to worry about a single "sentence" that will get modified three times. You want this "sentence" to tell what you are doing, how you are doing it, and what you think the results will be (in the case of a hypothesis).
For instance, if you are putting three-leaf clover seeds in bleach to mutate them into four-leaf clovers, your sentence might say, "Bleaching three-leaf clover seeds will cause them to mutate and produce four-leaf clovers." (This is purely for the sake of example; I don't know that it would actually work!) This sentence would become your hypothesis, since it deals with both a cause (bleach) and the expected effect (producing four-leaf clovers). The purpose can be this same sentence expressed as a question or an instruction ("Determine whether bleaching clover seeds will produce four-leaf clovers.") A purpose expressed as a question can also serve as a title, or you can think of a catchy one.
