Can you give me a little more information? What kind of electromagnetic radiation did you have in mind to test? Depending on the plant, seed production can take months, so would you have enough time to do the radiation exposure and wait for mature seeds to be produced? What kind of plants were you thinking of using? What is your 'radiation' source? How long will you expose the test plants to the radiation?
Please describe what you want to do in more detail and I will be able to help you to develop the project better.
