Cancer Genome Anatomy Project

Post by deleted-134511 »

Hello everyone, I'm unsure how to start this, so I'll just jump to it. I was perusing the site and came across the Cancer Genome Anatomy Project. It looks really interesting, and I've read the procedure and background pages. I have tried to do the pancreas search, in essence I have completed steps 1-8, but I never get any results from the website. Nothing ever comes up. I have used my email as well, but it never sends me a link saying the process has completed. I have followed the instructions, word for word, but nothing ever comes up.

Help? Suggestions?

Hi - We recently contacted them about the problem with the results not showing up. We heard back from the administrators of the site, and there does appear to be a problem with their functionality (as of mid-March). They have a temporary site where you can access the tool, and we have confirmed that it WILL work from this location:

http://cgap-stage.nci.nih.gov/SAGE

I'll see if we can contact NIH again and see what is happening with the site.
