I don't understand what you are asking.
Are you asking about its ignition/combustion temperature or the temperature of a flame it produces?
Diethyl Ether Peroxide doesn't "burn", it detonates/explodes, so it does not produce a flame that you can measure the temperature of.

This is NOT a material that can be used in Science Fair Experiments because of safety concerns.
