Hi everyone, I used to do triathlons and still workout couple times a week so I am familiar with fitness, but what about the new kid are fitness programs springing up. Are they good for kids? My son plays baseball and is constantly on work out but he is on the low end of strength. He is just now 14 years old and needs speed, so I thought that may help him. So have you got any idea for helping him? Thanks a lot.

Re: fitness programs springing up
Hi,
This isn't the normal type of question we answer here, but in general I would say any exercise is better than no exercise, as long as it is done in a safe and age-appropriate manner. i don't have any experience with those particular programs.
I hope you find the info you need!
Thanks,
Tonya
