Hi
I just want to make sure that my variables make sense for Solar Speedway.
Controlled Variable (Constant) - Length of race way
Dependent Variable - average speed of solar car each race
Independent Variable - Time of day (angle of the sun)
Thank you

Just want to make sure my variables make sense.
Controlled Variable (Constant) - distance of raceway
Dependent variable - speed of solar car
Independent variable - time of day (angle of the sun)
I always get a little confused on the variables.
Thank you

Re: Solar Speedway
Hello and welcome to the forums:
Your ideas sound good. I might switch around the way you describe the independent variable, but your way is fine.
Best, Keith

Re: Solar Speedway
Thank you Keith. After looking at it again I do agree with you about switching independent variable around since the main focus is on the angle of the sun
Thank you
Thank you
