Hi Mickey,
Did you read the Scibuddies article on project ideas in biotechnology? https://www.sciencebuddies.org/blog/201 ... ctions.php
This might give you some ideas. Really, we can't tell you what to do. It's up to you to pick something that interests you and ask a question about it then devise experiments to test the hypothesis. That's the whole purpose of doing a science project.
Sciencebuddy has two biotechnology project idea sections--one for biotechniques [https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ia=BioChem] and one for medical biotechnology [https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... &ia=BioMed]. Take a look at these project suggestions and decide what interests you and what sort of project you would have time to do. Once you have chosen a project then we can help you do it.
Repost soon so you will have enough time to complete the project and write it up before your deadline.
