writing an equivalence statment

I have an assingment to write an equivalence staemtnet for metric conversations such as : 55ug to g
I have 1ml/1000ul x ?ml/140.6 UL+.1406 ml. Does this look right?

Dear parent,

Yes, you set up the conversion equation correctly. A uL is .001 mL, so 140.6 uL is .1406 mL. A ug is .000001 g, so 55 ug is .000055 g. Just move the decimal point 3 places to the left for uL to mL and 6 places for ug to g.

Here's another way to look at it:
140.6 uL x 1mL/1000uL = 0.1406 mL

Because 1mL = 1000 uL, the term 1mL/1000uL is equal to 1. The uL units on the left side cancel out, and you are left with mL on the right side.
