- Project Question: I'm comparing UV sensitive yeast and wild-type yeast but I'm not sure what kind of medium should I use for WILD-TYPE YEAST. Can someone tell me please?

I wonder if you are doing the following project? Are you going to order the kit that is described?

This material list says that kit will include the Yeast medium which will specifically be yeast-extract dextrose medium (YED).
If this doesn't answer your question, it would help us help you if you described your specific project in more detail including how you plan to get the material for your project.
