Is your question just a general one of curiosity or are you planning a science project around this subject? There appears to be some evidence that pulsed electromagnetic fields can speed up the healing of bone fractures and you might be able to build a project around this idea: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulsed_el ... ld_therapy
