Marshmallow science fair project
I am recreating the mixing your own marshmellow experiment I found on science fair buddies. I need to measure things that aren't subjective like taste and texture. I need numerical data. Any thoughts?

Re: Marshmallow science fair project
Hello. A great and yummy experiment!
The project page gives you a couple ideas for objective data, like the melting test and density.
How about cooking time? Does changing the ratio affect how long it takes for the mixture to become white, thick and glossy?
Think of all the ways you like to eat marshmallows. I have even found websites that offer other ways marshmallows can be used besides eating! After thinking about these, is there any other objective data you can think of that would be interesting to study?
I hope this helps. Be sure to write back if you have more questions.
Good luck!
