I’m assuming that you are working on the project described here:

In the Procedure section of the project, preparation of seven test liquids is described under the heading “Determination of Freezing Points of Test Liquids”.

The first test liquid is 2.9 g NaCl dissolved in 100 mL of water. This is described at point number 3.

The other six liquids are described at point number 9. Two of the liquids are salt water solutions of different concentrations. Three liquids are varying concentrations of sugar in water. The seventh liquid is plain water.
