Hi pokey1456,

Three trials is usually a sufficient number of replicates for a middle school science project.
All the best,

For the second part of the project measuring the invertase activity, when it says put 15 ml of the sugar water in a separate cup then add the invertase do I add it back after I add the invertase? I've did the process that the steps say to do and got no results but negativity.

Thank you for your help
