How does the shape of a rocket affect the flight of a rocket. I do not know? Can you answer my question?

scienepro428,

Thank you for the question and welcome to the forum. The short answer is yes, the shape of the rocket will affect the flight profile. This is due to the effects of aerodynamics. A well designed rocket will minimise drag (the slowing force from flying through the air) whilst enabling stable flight through the use of fins and other control surfaces.

If you provide more detail on your experiment, I will be able to give you better advice.
Hope this helps.
