I am trying to find a name for my science fair project. I am testing the blood-oxygen concentration in the blood after being in various positions. I am looking for something fun.

Personally I like puns, but sometimes the puns aren't as clever as I want to make them out to be. So for your topic I was thinking something along the lines of:
"Oxygen is the 2O's (tools) that the blood needs to work"
or just
"The 2O's for blood flow"
"Oxygen is the 2O's (tools) that the blood needs to work"
or just
"The 2O's for blood flow"

Comming up with puns for acid and bases can be quite hard, so I was thinking something as simple as:
"The ph garden of ups and downs" (referring to the different levels)
or maybe
"Concentrating on the concentrations of different constant levels in plants"

If you're controlling the different levels of pH on plants, perhaps go with puns that include both your independent and dependent variables? Are you looking, for example, for the effect of pH on height in the different seedlings?
Few suggestions (if there's no specific result you're testing for):
"Basic"ally Testing the Effect of pH on Plants/Seedlings!
Seedlings, No Need to Be Bitter or Sour!
