Underwater Hydraulic Lift and Lower

Hello, I need help.
I need to find a toy underwater remote controlled hydraulic scissor lift. I have searched high and low and have found nothing for a project I need to complete asap.

Magnum - Please tell us more about your experiment. How much lift force is required? What distance? Does the design have to be a 'scissors' type lift? At minimum, these questions would be a starting point for finding possible solutions.
