Computational exploration of protein functions

Hello,
I am extremely confused on this project. I tried this project out and picked the proteins hemoglobin, Albumin, Fibrinogen, and Immunoglobulin, but I feel as if these proteins that I picked are not suitable for this project (am I correct or incorrect). If I am incorrect, can I get any recommendations other than the ones shown on science buddies in order to find a few good proteins. And if that is not possible can this project be explained to me more in depth. I will await your response.
