Emmert's Law and the Full Moon Illusion

Post by deleted-420502 »

I'm using Emmert's Law to explore the Full Moon Illusion and I'm using Science Buddies project to base it off of. I cannot figure out a good question for my project considering that we are required to be answering a question for science fair. I was going to go with whether or not gender affects how Emmert's Law is perceived, Any and all help is appreciated, thank you!

Hi,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. I think you are doing the following excellent project from this website.

i https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p023.shtml

This project is about the perceived size of the moon as it rises from the horizon and is not related to gender at all. Your project question should be the question that is answered by your experiment, so in this case would be something like:

"Does the moon change in size as it rises? Or, "what size is the rising moon?"

You can probably put this in your own words,

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
