I am performing an Ames Fluctuation test on Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. I was wondering if it would be possible to purchase Histidine Dependent Yeast? If so, where can I buy it?

I did some quick searches on Google (as I'm sure you did as well), but I was unable to find any site to buy mutant strains of yeast. I am sure they do exist, but do you have any contacts? In other words, is this something you could ask your instructors about? They may be able to give you more direction/feedback.
