How Much UVA radiation to Kill K12 E. Coli

My science experiment involves trying to kill E. Coli with UV radiation. A blacklight is what I have access to right now. How long will I need to keep the petri dish under the light for to deactivate the bacteria?

Here's a research paper I found on the subject. It's long, but after reading some of it, it seems like there needed to be between 24 and 48 hours to stop development and reproduction of the cells. Here's the paper if you want to take a look:
