Science fair board title

HI, can anyone help me with a science fair title? My topic is about how temperature can rise up when you are stressed. I've asked 5 to 10 people to help me with the experiment. The results did support my hypothesis that temperature would rise when people get stress out. I wanted to put the questions as the title, but our science fair teacher said that it would be more better if we had a different title than just using the question as a title. Do you guys have any ideas? Thank you.
