Redox Reaction Experiment Ideas

Hey all,
I've got a chemistry assignment where I have to conduct an investigation to evaluate the real life applications of redox reactions. My available topics are: metal erosion, electrochemical cells or batteries, electrolysis and redox titrations.
My main interests in science are in biology and conservation biology, but can anything think of bleep cool for me to investigate?
