Do you mean the type of fungus that sometimes infects turtle shells, or "shelf fungus"?

Fungi have the usual collection of basic organic molecules: carboyhydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. If you want more specific information, you will probably need to be more specific with your question. There are just too many chemical components to list them all.
