How to increase watt of electric motor.
How to make an electric motor develop 1491.4 watt.
How to make an electric motor accelerate like engine.

You can control the maximum power output of an electric motor by controling the energy input using a rheostat. For example see http://www.energyquest.ca.gov/projects/rheostat.html. The particular motor will have a certain maximum power output of which it is capable.
