Hi! I am using a carbonic acid and baking soda solution to make the neutralized solution. Will that work? Thanks!

It is impossible to say without knowing what the solution will be used for, and what molarities of eqch component you are planning to use. If you, search the literature and see if you can find a similar procedure.
