Hey im a senior in high school and im doing the ib program. For this i have to do an extended essay about 4000 words about a biology topic. I need some great new ideas of experiments i can do in the lab, or with plants or even with people

Your question is extremely broad and general and we cannot tell you what to be interested in. Sibuddies has a project finder app that you can use to narrow down your choice of topics to the ones that you are most interested in:

Once you have some specific ideas for topics, then we can begin to make suggestions for areas of interest that need to be investigated with new experiments.
If you want to check out other sources of experimental ideas, the web is full of them. Just do a search and then keep narrowing it down until you get to something that is really exciting. Just keep in mind that some projects that would be really interesting are not feasible because you would not have the resources or knowledge to do them.
