New wind turbine possibly

Post by deleted-651304 »

Hello, I was picturing this in my head as well as drawing it out, I was wondering if you put a magnet connected to a low and high speed shaft with a fan in back being encased in a cone with holes so air drag can move the fan when it goes downwards, surrounded by a coil in a loop using gravity as well as solar power from the base, could it be used to produce a more energy output?  If so could the remaining energy be stored in a battery?

Hi,

Are you working on a science fair project related to wind turbines? If so, please post some details such as your hypothesis, research question or experimental plan. If you are looking for help with homework or general science discussions there are other sites that should be able to answer your question.
