My son's science teacher suggested finding open data bases pertaining to his subject. The teacher indicated that my son would be able to download and maipulate the data to ask questions and perform statistical analysis. Does anyone know where these open databases might reside. I am at a loss
Thanks

Re: Open Data Bases
Hi DJW,
Does your son already have a specific topic selected? If so, if you let us know the topic, we may be able to help point you in the right direction.
If he hasn't picked a topic yet, I'd recommend checking out this page of "Big Data" science projects, which will give you a bunch of ideas including places where you can download the data.
