Help with "Create Your Own Spark"

Post by dancegirl »

Dear Science Buddies,

I am confused about the "Create Your Own Spark" project. According to the directions, the ratio of the secondary coil to the primary coil shuold be a minamum of 750:1. With my project the secondary coil would need 31,500in. of wire! I bought the exact things the directions called for. please help me figure out what to do on this project. Thank you for your help.
