Neodymium Magnets
Hello, I am doing a project where I move a Neodymium magnet closer and farther to a circuit and see how it affects the voltage. Is there any suggestions you have to set up the circuit? Thanks!

Re: Neodymium Magnets
Hi - we have several projects about generating electricity with magnets that you may find useful:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... red-energy
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... lectricity
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... tor-output
Note that the magnet needs to be moving to generate a voltage. Holding the magnet still at a fixed distance will not produce any voltage. You can read more about the physics in the background sections of the projects I linked above.
