Hello,
I set up my circuit as directed in the pictures for this project, however my multimeter is not measuring any volts at all, and is staying at 0. What can I do to fix this?

Hi,
The positive lead of your multimeter is connected to row E20 in the breadboard (the red multimeter probe to the white alligator clip to the red jumper wire), which is an empty row that is not connected to anything else. My guess is that you intended to connect it to row 20 on the other side of the breadboard - the holes are not connected across the gap in the middle of the breadboard.
However, at a glance, there is at least one other problem with your circuit. The resistor is a "dead end" in row 15. If you double check the diagram you will see that there should be a jumper wire connecting the resistor to the positive bus: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/hUcbjsem ... iagram.png
