Hi!
The chemical reaction for elephant toothpaste is 2 H₂O₂ → 2 H₂O + O₂ (gas). Basically your hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) breaks down to water and oxygen gas, and your oxygen is caught in the soap to make bubbles just like when your washing your hands. Also the yeast you have added catalyzes(=makes faster) your reaction.
