glue for rollercoaster project?
Gorrilla glue sometimes works depends on material; also two part epoxy; what about duct tape?
Are you using pipe insulation foam for your rollercoaster or what material?
Hadn't seen what material you are using.

glue
were useing a hot glue gun for the wood parts, we tried it on the ppe insulator and it melted it. where do you get 2 part expoy? also were looking for somethign that you dont have to hold for to long before it sets enough to stick it together. we just wanna leave it and have it harden. gorilla glue is really strong but it takes 5 hours to set. thanks though.

epoxy
You can probably get a two part epoxy at just about any hardware store. It takes a little time to set up though. I suggest figuring out some way to clamp it together while it's setting. Duct tape might do the trick but you can ask the guys at the hardware store if they have a good idea too. If you want something strong, epoxy is the thing to use.

follow up on adhesive source
iAmBaSsMaN107 (interesting name!)
Masking tape also works for holding pieces together sometimes and it is a bit easier to get off the foam after the epoxy sets up. I know; I've pulled off enough duct tape off of insulation foam.
As David mentioned, two-part epoxy can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, Steples, Office Max, Office Depot, Ace Hardware or other local hardware stores.
Grocery stores often have it, BUT the folks at the hardware store are great resources!! Get to know them; they love to help young science learners.
(Thanks David!)
